Within 10 Feet: A Play Reading

THE STORY: A young woman visits reclusive, chain-smoking artist Katrina Missoni in search of information about her father, an actor named Eli who went missing in the 1990s. The play is told in a series of flashbacks as the present-day Katrina recounts her complicated relationship with the strange young man who both inspired and destroyed her greatest work of art, and what happened to him. Within 10 Feet is a dark, twisted, and at times comedic love story that spans decades.

It’s Also a Fundraiser!

My reading is part of three fundraising events for Theatre Convivio, a local theatre group based in Ashland, that are taking place in April. Other events for “ConviviApril” include a concert by the local R&B group True Reactions on the evening of April 13th, and a matinee reading of “Death and Other Fallacies,” short comedy works by stellar playwright Diane Nichols on Sunday, April 14th at 2 pm. Proceeds for all of the events will go towards supporting Theatre Convivio’s 2019 season so they can bring you new and exciting community theatre productions right here in our valley.
